Settlement Reached

Unirac, Inc., EcoFasten, QuickMountPV, IronRidge and Esdec, Inc. have reached a settlement resolving all disputes pending between them in the U.S. District Court system and at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The settlement is a compromise resolution of disputed claims, which all parties agree represents a fair and equitable solution and is reflective of the value they place on their IP efforts.
